We requested a relocation for 19/3 on the 5/3. There was a delay, and Optus advised us it would be done by the 4/4. The Billing Team advised us that the ADSL2 service was active as of yesterday when I spoke to them last night to get a status update, and they directed me to Technical Support. The DSL light on the modem is just flashing. I have tried getting in touch with Technical Support on Live Chat all of last night, and again tonight, but after a lengthy delay always get a message saying "The chat volumes are higher than usual. We are unable to establish a connection at this time." and ends the session.
