4G Modem

We recently upgraded our modem due to wifi not working. I was told it was the ultra model with 4G backup. Due to our internet being down and after doing a little research I have discovered our model is not one with 4G back up. Please investigate!

This is a public forum. Not a help centre.
If its the new 4G backup modem then you will likely now owe $250. Each month you stay with Optus that amount reduces by about $6 until it reaches $0 in 3 years time.

Contact Optus directly (facebook or mobile app) and request they send out the correct modem. (BTW you can test if it has 4G backup by unplugging the internet cable. If after 60 seconds the internet is on then its got backup.
