2nd Fetch Box Charge

I've been charged for a 2nd Fetch Box since switching to the NBN a few months ago, despite returning the old one. I've liaised with Live Chat twice about this and have been credited for previous months, which is fine, but sadly my latest bill still includes the 2nd Fetch Box charge!

 

Just tried the Live Chat link, but it's not working. Can someone look at this for me please?

Hey @CoastPH, sorry to hear this has been going on for so long. Chances are there is an additional billing product in our system that just needs to be removed. Shoot me a private message with the below details and I'll make sure this is removed for you.
