NO JOY 36minute wait do get through on the phone, YOU ARE JOKING OPTUS, Way too long with such a limited connection to be paying full price ! Give me the Dial up plan price from 1996 with a free CD is running the same ! NOT HAPPY !

Completely understand it's a frustrating situation, @Internet1 - however we'll need to perform some troubleshooting on the service. If you could run your speed tests here in the future your results will be automatically uploaded on our end. Can you let us know what kind of Internet you're being serviced by? Eg. NBN, Cable, ADSL?
