Completely understand it's a frustrating situation, @Internet1 - however we'll need to perform some troubleshooting on the service. If you could run your speed tests here in the future your results will be automatically uploaded on our end. Can you let us know what kind of Internet you're being serviced by? Eg. NBN, Cable, ADSL?
