0.50 mbps is unacceptable. neither is hanging up on your consumers. I want this fixed NOW~!!!!!
I have been dealing with terrible speeds all night and your <removed> customer service department cannot help me because they are too thick, Neither can your network team..... but I refuse to work with the speeds that I am receiving any longer. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!... this has gone on far too long and I have been far too patient to be stuffed around any longer. I want what I am paying for or a full refund of every cent I have paid you for the crap that I have recieved...
