YES! Winter is here! A time to rug up and enjoy a hot chocolate with the wood fire crackling. What’s also here?  The launch of My Optus Blog!  Not only will we keep you informed with the latest news coming out of Optus and the telco world, but we’ll also post regular competitions and activities to give you the chance to win some awesome prizes. To stay up-to-date you can view all our posts here.

 

To celebrate the launch of My Optus Blog we have 2 Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 WiFi 16GB tablets to give away! To enter is simple.

The best news I ever received was when my Husband told me he wanted a divorce.  I had known we were not happy together for several years, but had my head buried in the sand.  He is a dictator type of person and we are both control freaks so something had to give.  Now we have been divorced for almost 12 years and we are the best of friends.  We just cannot be married to each other, one or both of us would have ended in jail for murder !!!

On the Queen's Birthday long weekend, I had an accident on thefarm and nearly tore off a finger. Yesterday, the Orthopaedic Surgeon at hospital said,

 

"Good news! We've saved your finger and successfully re-attached it..when it and your hand heals, you'll be right as rain!"

Hmmm. It's difficult to decide. Life has been full of good news!!:-) But my vote for the best news will go to that about my selection in Cardiothoracic Surgery superspeciality training in the 2nd best Institute in country where there were only 2 seats!
