We’ve created some incredible mobile plans specifically for Optus small and medium Business Customers that come with generous data, SMS’ and call inclusions. There’s even the option to include unlimited international roaming and international calls and SMS with our $105 and $125 plans so you can stay connected while you’re overseas. On top of that, our latest My Plan Business mobile phone plans also give you the option to return your phone for a new one after 12 months as part of our New Phone Trade Up option.

If you’re a small or medium business owner and an Optus customer on a consumer plan, don’t forget to add your Australian Business Number (ABN) to your Optus account so that you qualify for our business mobile plans.

By adding your ABN you will also have access to exclusive help and support for business customers that includes:

- 24/7 Live Chat

So you can get help online whenever you need it

- Dedicated Business Specialists

Who can offer information, tips and expert advice in person at selected Optus stores and Business Centres

- Premium support

Where we provide eligible customers with specialist customer service support

- My Business Fast Lane

Where eligible customers can enjoy fast-tracked support via a separate call queue for business customer service enquiries

Plus in addition to the exclusive benefits listed above, small and medium business customers also have access to our peer-to-peer forum in the Optus Business Care hub. In the forum, business customers can ask questions and have them answered by other members and also make valuable connections with other small and medium business owners.
