Hi @shelton17, I'm not quite sure what you mean. Customers are only required to have the one Optus Sport subscription to access both the Optus Sport mobile/tablet application and Optus Sport on Fetch. A single Optus Sport subscription allows you to register up to 4 devices for Optus Sport. You're also able to streaming concurrently on two devices (inclusive of your Yestv by Fetch).

@Dan_C Thats not what the optus employee just told me over live chat....

I also got a sms msg sent to me saying that for the new season (17/18) i would have to pay the additonal $15 a month to keep using optus sport on my mobile. So what you are saying is that optus should recognise i have a subscription to optus sport through Fetch Tv and that it shouldn't charge me for using it on my mobile?

I'm sorry for the misinformation there @shelton17. I can definitely confirm that what I've advised is indeed the case.

That's exactly right, you'd need to log into the Optus Sport application using the credentials that are attatched to the subscription linked to your Fetch service. Are you able to send us a PM with your account details? I'm happy to check which email address we have linked to that Optus Sport subscription. We can also ensure that your mobile subscription is removed.
