My Optus mobile number isn’t recognised so I can’t play these perks. Spent an hour live chatting with various callcentre people from India and the Philippines to resolve but just kept going round in circles.  I gave up in the end.

I won a voucher to the Oporto reward via the chatbox but can't seem to be able to sign up ( , it keeps giving an error when I'm at step 4.


Any ideas?

I can't even get through the setup pages. Get asked to enter "secret 4 digit code sent to my mobile" but I never get any code, and yes I am an Optus customer.
