Hey BigL, whereabouts are you experiencing issues? Have you done any troubleshooting with our 24/7 techs on 131344 as yet?

You've got to be shitting me! I have FetchTV that I can't use most of the time due to the poor network speeds. During the day (when I'm at work) the network speeds are around 100Mbps. But when I get home at 6:00pm, the speeds are 2~3Mbps. I pay for the speed pack, and have cable broadband but get no usable speed. My Telstra 4G phone with only half signal strength is faster.

Every month I ring and get told an update is happening - for 9 months now, and every month it will be fixed by the end of the month.

I'm sick of being lied to by someone sitting at a desk in India.

Hey GregLev, can totally understand your frustration but please be mindful of the language used as we have all age groups that post here. Are you currently on a contract with us? Have you also discussed any alternatives with our techs when you called in?
