Awesome news, we’re kicking off Our Super User Program in September! It’s a new and exciting initiative that’ll help highlight and recognise the amazing efforts of the top contributors within our My Optus Community.
The Super User program will run in 6 monthly blocks with 5 new members invited to join prior to each cycle. Members are welcome to participate in consecutive programs, but will need to be invited each time.
How do I score an invite?
We’ll be looking at things such as your contributions within the community, including the way you interact with individual users, your tone and manner along with a number of other factors. If you’ve got the right stuff, we’ll be in touch and let you know what happens.
The program will restart every 6 months, so if you’re not selected in the first group don’t be discouraged. There will still be a number of different initiatives within the community you’ll be able to be involved in and maintaining a consistent, positive presence will keep you in with a really good chance for the next round of selection.
What comes with being a Super User?
Apart from helping your fellow Optus customers, there’s also other great things you’ll be invited to participate in, including:
Access to a Super User only section of the community where you’ll be able to converse with other Super Users as well as the online community managers
The ability to upload your own avatar
Invitations to internal beta programs for upcoming Optus products and services
Requests for feedback on upcoming changes/improvements to My Optus Community
Invitations to participate in a review program of new hardware coming to Optus which you’ll then be able to keep for yourself (new phones anyone?)
Where available, invitations to exclusive Optus events!
When does this all kick off?
The first Super User program gets underway in September, 2015 and concludes at the end of February, 2016. Invitations will be sent out on the 17 August with the selection process to be completed by the 24 August, 2015. An announcement will then be made to the My Optus Community on the 1 September, 2015.
