Support for Optus Sport has gone live! You’re now able to log a fault within the OS App and desktop browser for help and support.
To submit a ticket for your request please visit the steps below:
1. Log into Optus Sport App on your device
2. Click on Help & Support Tab located once you open the dropdown
3. Click Submit a bug or Issue
4. Enter the bug or issue that you're experiencing into the blank fields
5. Click Submit, once submitted you’ll be able to track your fault by heading back to step 3 and clicking View Active Issues.
1. Log into Optus Sport at sport.optus.com.au
2. Click on Help & Support Tab at the bottom left of the window
3. Click Log a case
4. Fill in the boxes with the bug or issue your experiencing in the blank field
5. Click Submit, once submitted you’ll be able to track your fault by heading to the top right hand side of the homepage with the bell icon
