I must make a note of things I get for free with my optus plan.  This is one I do forget to use as much as I could!  Thanks Optus.

I’m having problems trying to activate the app. I put in my mobile number it says send activation code then 20sec later it says something is wrong. Even though I still get the activation code there is no way to put it in the app. Help

RetiredModerator Shauna

Hey @bradh99 - Are you able to delete the app & re-download it using the 4G network? (not connected via WiFi).

Hi Shauna, thank you for replying. Did that and it didnt work again. Tried logging in by using my mobile number and got the same "there is something wrong" message before the sms came through. Then also tried activating via my accoiunt way and that just timed out with a bad gateway error. It shouldnt really be this hard to use an app. I've wasted over an hour already mucking around with this. Getting very frustrated

RetiredModerator Shauna

Can certainly understand how frustrating this would be, @bradh99. Can you please send me a PM with the screenshot you're receiving? We'll have this sent off to our IT team to investigate further. Apologies for the delayed response.
