*moderated* Have you been there yourself Optus? Where have you hidden the 24/7 chat option? It's just another bunch of circular links and articles where Optus slaps itself on the back for 'great customer service' - as though saying it means it actually happens (which it doesn't). If you treat us like idiots, we are not going to show any respect.

"The Optus Business Care hub is here to help every small and medium business customer" - except if you're expecting service and assistance. "Don't make us stick to the promises we made in order to grab your money..."

 

How can you offer business care and support if you don't know how to run a customer-oriented business in the first place?
