In November 2019, we announced that as an existing Velocity Frequent Flyer rewards member you could now earn reward points if you sign up or re-contract to an eligible Optus plan. In light of Virgin recently announcing that they’ve entered voluntary administration, we wanted to reach out to our customers of whom are also members of the Velocity Frequent Flyer rewards program.
We can confirm that eligible customers will still be awarded their Points and customers who have received Points will retain them. Velocity Frequent Flyer’s Points redemptions are temporarily paused for a period of 4 weeks from 21 April 2020.
