These new business plans also give you the option to upgrade to a new phone after 12 months , simply by paying a one-off fee of $99, returning the current handset in good working order and signing up to a new 24-month plan.

While you don’t own the phone, you could pay up to $10 less on your monthly bill on some My Plan Business Flex and phone combinations compared to similar Optus My Plan Business options.

Upgrade to a new phone after 12 months for $99 if you return the current one in good working order and sign up to a new 24 month plan.
If you don’t want to upgrade after 12 months there are a few options to choose from when your lease contract expires. You can return the phone to us in good working order (otherwise a damage fee applies), make an offer to buy the phone at fair market value (which we’ll advise you of at the time) or have the flexibility to continue your lease for up to six months more and pay the monthly plan and phone charges,
