On Yes Crowd, you’ll find a wealth of knowledge and information about Optus products and services, imparted by other customers, Yes Crowd Champions and Optus moderators.
There are three parts to Yes Crowd: the Forum, the Blog and the WIKI. All three sections offer help and support on our products and services and below you’ll find a brief explanation of how each of them works.
If you have a question about Optus products or services, you can ask it in our Forum by typing it into the search bar. Chances are, your question will already have been asked by another Yes Crowd member so you can usually find the answer you’re looking for amongst the search results. If that isn’t the case, you can submit a new question to the Forum by clicking the yellow ‘Ask the Crowd a Question’ button. Your question will then be answered by another Yes Crowd member (usually another Optus customer), a Yes Crowd Champion or an Optus moderator.
What’s a Yes Crowd Champion?
Yes Crowd Champions are a select group of members on our site who will try to answer any questions you have about Optus products and services that regular Yes Crowd members are unable to answer. Our Crowd Champions are incredibly knowledgeable but they’re not employed by Optus so sometimes they won’t have the answers you need. If that happens, an Optus moderator will step in to answer your question.
What’s an Optus Moderator?
Optus moderators are employed by Optus and know everything about our products and services. If you ask a question in our forum and fellow Yes Crowd members or Yes Crowd Champions aren’t able to answer it, an Optus moderator will step in to help you.
The Yes Crowd blog is where we post the latest Optus news, announcements, competitions, offers, product reviews and lifestyle articles. If you’re after information regarding the Premier League for example, you’ll find up-to-date and comprehensive details on Yes Crowd. Similarly we publish the latest handset reviews and product launches straight to the blog. If you’d like to join the discussion on one of our blog posts, you can leave a comment below any of our posts and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
The WIKI is home to our “how-to” guides. These guides are written by Yes Crowd members and and offer step-by-step help with Optus products and services. If you’d like to submit your own WIKI article, you can do so by clicking the yellow ‘Submit a WIKI Article’ button. You can also submit requests to update or review existing WIKI articles if you think they could be improved.
