I have just received email notification of a new message from an Optus moderator in a pre-existing Private Message thread. However, with the update of Optus Community to Yes Crowd I have searched hard but cannot find any navigation link to my Private Messages and have not been able to read the message.  Please help.

@gracem Sorry for the confusion. When you're logged in, at the very top of the page in the header, you should see your screen name with a small person icon to the right of it. Clicking on that will display a drop down menu which includes the ability to access your private messages.

All looks very nice,....BUT...! I go into the broadband / NBN pages to look for some particular information and every page is the same as the first page. Is the 2200 odd listed figures just there for show,? are there just that many words? why have 24 pages of the same stuff or is this a glitch in the new system...??

Looks like there is a problem with the paginatio and it's not unique to the NBN board -  thanks for bringing it to our attention @Jiefu

Looks slick and a real improvement, but not real easy to navigate on a small screen / phone. Noted a few small issues: like @gracem the link from an email to the forum didn't land me in the email...confusing and you might get used to it, maybe! Also entering the username in this email resulted in a pop-up that's mostly off-screen, and didn't return the name in the search results.  Also can't screen tap to move the cursor in this box, need to press n hold. IPhone5 on latest iOS.

So if I want to look at all the messages I have ever posted, how do I do this in the new layout? (EG I may want to review/add to one of my previous threads without remembering the exact keywords/subject used). In the old format, I could just click on my user-id on the home screen after log-in.

Hey @Tuzzaman, I think what you're after is to just click your username from the top right ->settings , then in the 'Latest Posts' section, click the 'View All'  button.

Do you mean "My Settings / Subscriptions & Notifications / My Subscriptions" .

I can't see a Latest Posts section under My Settings.

This is really obscure to previous design. Suggestion....why not just have a "My Posts" in the drop down list under your user name at the top right?

Sorry, my instructions were for desktop. Ogre just had a look on mobile and out it seems that it's different. From the hamburger menu in top left, click your username and then 'profile' and you'll see the latest post section.

OK, I am actually using the desktop version, but I have just found out that my Latest Posts are under Profile, (not Settings) as per your reply.

It may look pretty to some people but I rather be color blind if I do not finish this message soon.

I still have issues all over the board and it is a bugger to get any help without spending hours of my time being insulted with a "choose your own adventure for more information at every click" type set up you have.

Why does my name have to be all IN BIG BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS ??

DOES IT ????

MAYBE LEARN TO HAVE CASE SENSATIVE !!!

DO YOU THINK THIS IS A BIT LOUD ??????
