When a new Android Operating System update is announced by Google there are a few steps that take place before it becomes ready for your device.  The manufacturer receives the update and customises the software for the device and mobile carriers in each country.  Once this is completed they’ll send the update to the carriers for testing.

For more info on this process check out our page:

Android Device Updates - What's The Process?

The below table provides information on the latest Android updates we’ve received for testing and approval as of 31/01/2017. If no information is listed, it means we haven't received the build or any new details from the manufacturer.

When a version is marked as completed it means testing has been finished on our end and approved.  Each manufacturer has a process for releasing updates to devices and once we approve the update, it’s sent back to the manufacturer to be released through their standard update processes. Generally, updates are rolled out progressively, for example the manufacturers might make the update available for a small number of users (i.e. 5%) initially; then if no unforeseen problems pop up, it’ll gradually be made available to more and more users over the following weeks.

@CommodoreVT I'm having issues with wifi calling as well. It was working at at first and now nothing. Same with volte, it's not even coming up anymore. This is the 3rd time I've mentioned it now on these forums and I've received no reply.

Could someone from @Optus check if the Nougat update for the Galaxy S7 / Edge has a new menu present in this update? Settings -> Sounds and Vibration -> Volume -> Menu (top right) -> Media Volume Limiter

I'm sorry danz207, but we're not able to confirm at this stage Smiley Sad We'll have to wait for it to get pushed out.

Why is there nothing happening or testing with HTC M9 or 10? Other competitors have testing or complete. Unlocked phones have the software already.

Also I can't even see any HTC10 in your stores anymore, clearly disappointing since its still part of your blurb including HTC as phones you carry. So I won't be able to get a HTC phone if I want to when upgrading in a month or so? Or change carriers...???

Definitely not how we'd like you to feel Smiley Sad We're constantly testing and releasing new software but as Marcel advised above that's all the info we've got available for now. Apologies
