My Optus app is the easiest way to get 24/7 support, pay bills or recharge, track your data usage, discover entertainment rewards and more.  


Below you’ll find the 5 most useful things you can do with My Optus app. Did you know about all of them?


1 - 24/7 Support

We know that life happens outside 9-5 which is why our Live Chat support team are now available 24/7 on My Optus app1. Our Live Chat team can help with all sorts of things from billing and technical issues to sales and general support. To chat with one of our team, just head to My Optus app > Menu > Live Chat.


2- Pay your bill or recharge

My Optus app allows you to pay your bill or recharge your prepaid credit on-the-go, anywhere at any time. You can choose to pay via Direct Debit, credit card or set up Auto Recharge if you’re a Prepaid customer. There’s no need to repeatedly type in your card number because you can safely and securely store your card details in the app.

3 - See a breakdown of your data usage

Tracking your data usage has never been easier. In My Optus app, you can see which apps and websites use the most data, see a breakdown of your previous mobile activity and track how much data you use each day.

4 - Activate international roaming


Just click the international roaming tab in My Optus app Menu to activate international roaming, discover the roaming rates for your destination country or add an Optus Travel™ Pack2.

5 - Discover exclusive perks

Inside My Optus app you can access all the treats and bonuses available to you from Optus Perks. Enjoy things like discounted movie tickets, money-can’t-buy competitions and exclusive promotions only available to Optus customers. It’s our way of saying a big thank you for being with us.

the breakdown of my usage hasn't been working on my iPhone Optus App for many months now.  It used to, but decided to stop doing it a while ago.  Anyone have any ideas why?  I am using iOS 11.1 on an iPhone SE.

Thanks for the reply Jordan.  I have now deleted the app, rebooted my iphone, than reinstalled the Optus app after restart.  i'll see if that makes a difference.
