Studying is not my hobby but I have to complete the CA program and I feel stressful due to insufficient preparation.

Hopefully I can pass the exam and become a Chartered Accountant soon.

Thanks for all support and love.

I like to start out with a brisk walk with intervals of jogging to get the heart rate up. I only used to workout on the treadmill but after doing a few walks outside I was converted - the fresh air, sights and pushing myself harder. With the treadmill I would get off when I "felt" done..... by walking outside you can't just give up when you have to get back home.

Riding my bike along the many bike track's near where we live. Each time we go its quite an adventure and its a great way to bond and get away from the technologly that can isolate us at times without meaning to.
