I've been running for nearly two months now by following the 30 minutes plan. It is awesome as you can really see the progression throughout the weeks. From a person who can barely run for 2 minutes, I can now go for the 25-minutes nonstop already. All thanks to my housemate and her stubborn that I can kick my lazy ass to move.
