I've been running for nearly two months now by following the 30 minutes plan. It is awesome as you can really see the progression throughout the weeks. From a person who can barely run for 2 minutes, I can now go for the 25-minutes nonstop already. All thanks to my housemate and her stubborn that I can kick my lazy ass to move.

Snowboarding. For starters it's complete fun! Takes you to new places all around the world. You can experience great scenery and views. You meet new people and spend time with friends. I love the activity and being in nature.

I love looking for gold, I walk a lot, carry a detector, dig holes with the pick, fill holes in. So with all this, besides all the walking, build up strength for all the body too.
