Thanks for your answer, but to have to contact the help team to cancel your direct debit is really beyond the point. Why make it easy when you can make it awkward? Is it really so difficult for Optus to have the 'cancellation direct debit facility' in the account section? But no, all the anwers I've received was to 'contact the help team'. Really, guys...... !!! Just get your act together and fix that problem
