sim card no service

I paid my bills but my sim card still no service.

@yanqi,

 

Had a barring or service suspension been applied to the account? If we've placed a suspension on the account and you've recently made payment; service should be restored within 4 hours of making payment.


You might to report the payment via your My Account or My Optus app.

 

If what I've advised above doesn't apply, can you check the Network status page for any known outages/planned maintenance http://yesopt.us/networkstatus?
