paper bills

How do I turn off paper billing on my account. I am happy to just have it emailed to me only. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out@Jemmapacker, have you registered the service for Optus.com.au/myaccount? 

 

  1. Log into My Account

  2. Click on the Dashboard tab

  3. Make sure the correct account is selected (if multiple accounts)
    To switch between accounts, click on the page icon under Request payment extension

  4. Scroll down to see Your Bills and click View Details

  5. Navigate to Current Bill Settings (on the right hand side) and click Edit delivery method

  6. Select Online and click change your notification settings to set a preference for email or SMS bill notifications

  7. Click Save to confirm
