Firstly, thanks for limiting contact options for customers. I am sure this issue can be resolved over a simple call and does not need to publicized, but here is my issue:
I have unlimited international calls to zone 1 countries included in my plan, however have incurred a hefty charge on my current bill for a call I have made.
Please remove this charge and update my bill as I cannot afford the extra charge.
I'm sorry to hear that there's an issue with your bill. If your plan includes standard international calls to selected countries it is not actually referring to Zone 1 countries. You can refer to the information below for the included countries:
