my bill invoice


Since August 2017 I haven't receive invoice via e-mail.

Can you find out what happen?

I can see my bill through to my account but I want you send to me invoice via e-mail.

Hi @Aiko, have you tried setting up electronic billing via your What sort of service did you have with us? If you click on the "view details" tab right underneath where your balance is displayed, you'll be presented with a number of billing setting options. You should see the set up email billing tab. Let us know if you run into any issues.
