my bill invoice

Since August 2017 I haven't receive invoice via e-mail.

Can you find out what happen?

I can see my bill through to my account but I want you send to me invoice via e-mail.

Hi @Aiko, have you tried setting up electronic billing via your Optus.com.au/myaccount? What sort of service did you have with us? If you click on the "view details" tab right underneath where your balance is displayed, you'll be presented with a number of billing setting options. You should see the set up email billing tab. Let us know if you run into any issues.
