late payment fee $15

my home and internet account has been charged $15 late payment fee . i have cashflow problem rececently and was away but paid the account a few days late. now been charged fee in new bill.  I wish to ask you to reverse the fee considering we have been a loyal customer with Optus for many years.

tried to call but waited over 1/2 hour still no one came back! inv no. 001097352##

Best to speak with support as nobody on this public forum has access to the billing system. From what I understand the messaging service is about the only thing working.
