i can't recharge my number

My account is overdue and i want to recharge, however, the Optus app said that i need to enter a  vaild number

Hi off,

 

Sorry to hear that, is this a Post-Paid or Pre-Paid service?

 

Try removing the app and re-downloading again and see if that makes a difference, if your still unable to recharge or pay your bill through the Optus App let me know

 

For an alternative way to pay your bill or recharge in the meantime I would suggest logging in to My Account.
