direct debit not working

set up the new direct debit bank account over your web

funds has not been paid out yet.

plz confirm if optus will take the money out from my account

Hi there,

This is a public forum so I've hidden your account information.
If you set up direct debit with a bill issued and owing at the time, you'll need to pay that amount manually.
Future bills will advise that direct debit is in place.
