change cr card details/banking details for direct debit

Hi there,

l need to change the direct debit bank details as l have a different bank account now.

My question is- how do l do this?

Hi @Lulubaby18, you can change / update your direct debit details online via your → My Account or Optus app. Please refer to our direct debit → support page for more info.
