accessing billing and payment online

I ahve been trying to get online access through My Optus to my billing and payment for a home bundle package with no success. Am i asking for something that is not available or have I just not found the right online service agent to get it done?

Hey there cbrooke01 - apologies for the late reply. May I ask if there's a specific error message that you're receiving when trying to access MyAccount online? Have you been able to view/manage your services in the past?
