Hi, I want to mention that I'm paying my mobile contract and the internet contract together and at the start my phone was 98$ and the internet 100$ and now I'm paying 224$ can you explain me why does this happen?
What does your bill say?
As SamSam points out, we don't have visibility of your bill here.
Your bill should display itemised charges which explains why it's higher than you were expecting. Have you checked past the first page?
