I just realized I got withdrawn 'OPTUS BILLING SMARTPAY' through my bank account.
I only used to use mobile phone plan and I always paid the fee on apps with my credit card.
I was chatting with optus service and they let me call 133 937 to solve it. However, I've never solved anything with this number before. I got 3rd party charges or somethng like that before.
By the way, I've never either purchased or registered anythink through Optus but only mobile phone plan.
Could anyone tell me what it is and how to solve it?
Should I throw out and ignore this fee is better?

I don't know but I have published this Optus Scam in ALL my social media, let's see what happens
