I see some other users got the same question as me, when I store the new credit card, last option is type the Nickname and I try thousands of time the website still show me " USER NOT FOUND", I try ur solution for others like change computer and clean the cookie or change the browser, none of them worked, plz give me a good solution if u can, I am so lazy to go to the store and ask ur adorable staff 😄
