Also you need to have set up a direct debit as well (Optus charge $2.20 unless both are ticked)

Hey @B_weyman, to save the $2.20 paper invoice fees you will need to register for My account online. In other words get online billing. You can register and link your account here. Any questions let us know. Kartik
