Support Hours

If you're not online at the time of contacting customer service over the phone, surely one of the first automated responses should be 'our operating hours are between 9am and 5pm' or similar rather than you being on hold for 30 mins and be advised by an automated service when you try a different department that the office is closed!

 

Has anyone else got an issue with this sort of inefficiency?

You can find the hours of operation for almost each department via https://www.optus.com.au/business/contact-us.

 

We've also got a Live Chat team that are available 24/7 www.optus.com.au/livechat.

 

We also provide service via our social channels. You can message us anytime on our FB or Twitter account.
