Student discount

Hi,

I upgraded to a new plan yesterday but was told that if I wanted to apply the student discount it would need to be done online.

I've entered my edu e-mail and the promo code has been sent to me.

Can I apply this code to an existing plan or is it just for new plans that you sign up to online?

There's no way to apply that online and my understanding was it had to be applied when signing up but it's worth a shot to use live chat or call to see if they can apply it now for you

When selecting the plan you want and proceeding to check out, there will be a space to enter your email and promo code.

I did this in store. I asked about the student discount and was told it had to be done online.

 

My question was whether or not it was possible to apply the discount even after you’ve already signed up to a new plan?

If we can see that you'd attempted to do follow the correct process, then I don't see why we shouldn't be able to apply the discount post-sale. You're welcome to send us a private message with your order details.

 

We'll need your full name, DOB and mobile number. You'll also need to send us the student code you'd received via email.
