I upgraded to a new plan yesterday but was told that if I wanted to apply the student discount it would need to be done online.
I've entered my edu e-mail and the promo code has been sent to me.
Can I apply this code to an existing plan or is it just for new plans that you sign up to online?
There's no way to apply that online and my understanding was it had to be applied when signing up but it's worth a shot to use live chat or call to see if they can apply it now for you
When selecting the plan you want and proceeding to check out, there will be a space to enter your email and promo code.
I did this in store. I asked about the student discount and was told it had to be done online.
My question was whether or not it was possible to apply the discount even after you’ve already signed up to a new plan?
