Still receiving bills after 2 months of cancelling service
Still receiving bills after 2 months of cancelling my service. Due to a mis info from Optus staff I signed up to a wrong service. The operator last month on the phone sent an email saying your balance is now $0. And apologised for what happened. This month I received another one with overdue amount! Very frustrating. Please someone help me stop this. It’s very stressful.
