When I first got my phone I was automatically signed up for Voice to MMS. I turned it off soon afterwards because they told me I would be charged a small fee each month for using it. However, the past two bills I've been charged for it (and haven't used it). In case I made a mistake I have gone back and checked and it says that my Voice to MMS is off. How can I stop being charged for this option?
