I have received a bill, but it looks like a possible scam? I have checked and the BPAY details have changed even though I’ve been paying the same account for over a year?

Account numbers and bpay details have/will change when Optus migrates you over to the new billing system.
Log into the Optus website and look at the invoice, dont bother with the email one just incase it may be a scam.
