I received a text asking me to report a payment by pressing a number. I followed the instructions and I received a msg saying invalid response. I tried calling optus but they have system outage. I find it completely ridiculous that there is no one to phone. I also tried the link to report a payment. It wanted me to register but I’m already registered. Think I’ll be cancelling contract. Have had nothing but problems.
