Kept having the same problem. Ring them they fix it then it happens again. Got no paper bill last month but guess what no email either just a reminder on the phone. Checked the account have Email billing checked. So frustrating and time consuming.
I have given up wasting my time ringing them if.

Hi, having the same problem and have comunicated many many many times to optus to have it fixed and still not receiving email bills for one of our accounts since having it changed to the NBN a few years ago. Would like this referred to IT too please.
