Seriously OPTUS this what you call support, four messages to moderator over a 3 day duration hardly excessive. How can you offer support to customers that make contact. Feeling like a wasted a pm with "Alright Thanks"
Moderators share a priivate message box, so they do look at them.
Pretty sure they have had to update their anti spam features, looks like the Chinese spammers are back though.
4 messages in 3 days is not excessive though, so not sure why its set soo low.
Yes seems somewhat ironic given the hundreds of Chinese spam messages that are not blocked yet legitimate private messages are. It would be a forum system setting and nothing personal my friend. If the Optus staff member who was looking at your issue Dan_C does not get back to you in a reasonable time frame yell out and I will see if I can help hook you back up.
