Problems with the platform MyOptus

Since I am an Optus customer (over than 3 months) I can´t use the platform the way I want.
It seems my account its still not activated.




I can´t use the dashboard, billing or perks.
I really need this to be working, because I have 2 postpaid plans, every month I have problems with billings and is impossible for me to check them.

Good evening @CaptainMatus, I'd suggest the following:


- Reach out to a team member on Live Chat →

- Ask them to confirm that the service has been correctly linked to your My Account profile

- If it has been linked, ask them to remove and re-link the service 

- Clear your cookies/cache and give it another shot
