Hey just wondering how you get notifications via sms about your bill being paid via direct debit so you know it’s gojng to be paid?

Hey @DanaWatson, if you text "2" (without the quotations) to 9999, you'll get your balance and due date. Is that what you're after? Typically the due date is 14 days after the issue date, you'll also see on your bill that it says the date it will be direct debit on the first page beneath your total balance summary.
