@Jayk96, suspended services are restored within 4 hours of reporting your payment.


How'd you pay? BPAY payment can take up to 48 hours to be processed. 


If you've made a payment, you may be able to report this using My Account.  

Once you've submitted the details, if your service has been restricted, we'll restore your service as soon as possible


You can also report a payment via the My Optus app:

  1. Open the My Optus app

  2. Tap Billing

  3. Tap Report a payment

  4. Follow the prompts
