I have spent 3 hours on both phone and chat with 10 different people trying to find a small business customer service person, who is actually able to offer customer service not reading from a script.
I have a significant roaming bill on my sons account from a trip to NZ when I personally turned off mobile data.
Has anyone esle has a questionable roaming bill?
I can't seem to speak with anyone at Optus regadring this, any ideas?

You mentioned that you turned off mobile data for your son's service, can I ask how this was completed?
