What in the hell is a Board??

It looks like you've run of out space asking your question in the subject line (we'll edit this for you).


Due to this it's not clear what you need help with, you paid a bill approx. 2 weeks early and have a late payment fee?

Was there an outstanding balance on the previous bill?
